Refund policy

No refunds are available on digital products. This includes ebooks, audiobooks, and gift cards. There is a sample chapter available for ebooks and a Soundcloud sample available for audiobooks that you can read/listen to before you make a purchase. 

In the event that a digital order is accidentally duplicated, the duplicate will be refunded. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase by emailing shop@adstarrling.com. 

Refunds for physical products: we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you received damaged or defective print books, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the delivery by emailing us at shop@adstarrling.com. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item.
